Cancellation & Refund Policy – Kingsburry Global Education
1. Course Cancellation
Since our products are digital, cancellations are allowed only before the course access credentials are shared. Once access is granted, cancellation requests cannot be processed.
2. Refunds
- Refunds are applicable only if:
- You were charged but did not receive access within 24 hours.
- A technical issue prevented access and could not be resolved by our team within 3 working days.
- All refund requests must be made within 7 days of purchase.
3. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in cases of:
- Change of mind or course interest
- Incomplete course participation
- Failure to meet system requirements for digital access
